Dennis founded and continues to manage the Audit practice of JAD Accountants. He has specialized in auditing, tax and advisory for over 10 years, focusing on such industries as for-profit companies, non-profit and saccos across the various industries.
As a Certified Information Systems Auditor, Dennis has provided expert insight and audit in the areas of IT fraud prevention, detection and implementing processes/internal controls to hinder IT fraud from happening.

Mr. Ndichu is a partner and is in charge of operations of the firm. This includes client relations, acceptance and engagements, finance and recruitment.
Joseph has 10 years considerable experience serving clients in the not-for-profit and for-profit industry as well as societies, specializing in providing audit, tax and accounting services.
Joseph has consulted for many organizations including Deloitte in the advisory department. He has significant experience in preparing and reviewing financial reports under the IFRSs
